Welcome to the University of Hawaii Bursar’s Homepage.

At the University of Hawaii, the Bursar’s Office is a support service department within the Financial Management Office. It provides billing, collection and servicing for all (excluding non-credit) student accounts.

The Bursar’s Office is also responsible for banking services, cash management, centralized short-term investments, and administration of the system-wide credit card contract.

The Bursar’s Office is comprised of three key areas of operation:

  • University Cashier’s Office (UHCO) is responsible for providing student account information, collecting payments for tuition, registration fees and other miscellaneous campus charges, disbursing refunds and processing financial aid proceeds to students.

Cashiering staff at any university campus business office can assist and provide you with student account information and processing tuition and fee payments.

  • Banner SIS Accounts Receivable support is responsible for assisting students and administrative users with Banner SIS and distributing 1098T tax forms.

  • Treasury Office is responsible for reconciliation of cash collections, short-term investments, processing requests for cash advances and change funds, and coordinating and monitoring of electronic payments for accounts receivables.
