• Go to http://myuhportal.hawaii.edu/cp/home/loginf
• Type in your UH username and UH password
• Go to Academic Services
• Go to View/Update my Address

• Go to www.hawaii.edu/1098t
• Click on “1098T Form” link at top of the page
• Type in your UH user name and UH password
• You may view your record

4. Making Payment

• Go to http://myuhportal.hawaii.edu/cp/home/loginf
• Type in your UH username and UH password
• Go to View Charges/Make Payment
• Go to Make an Online Payment
• Click on "Payments" tab at the top of the page

5. Designate an Authorized User

• Go to http://myuhportal.hawaii.edu/cp/home/loginf
• Type in your UH username and UH password
• Go to View Charges/Make Payment
• Go to Set up an Authorized User on your account
• Click on "Authorized Users" tab at the top of the page

6. Sign up for Payment Plan

• Go to http://myuhportal.hawaii.edu/cp/home/loginf
• Type in your UH username and UH password
• Go to View Charges/Make Payment
• Go to Sign Up for a Payment Plan
• Click on "Payment Plans" tab at the top of the page

7. Sign up for eRefund

• Go to http://myuhportal.hawaii.edu/cp/home/loginf
• Type in your UH username and UH password
• Go to View Charges/Make Payment
• Go to Sign Up for eRefunds
• Click on "Refund" tab at the top of the page.
