V. Disbursing Office Payments (Update) – Mike Wong

· Last week, Mike Wong reported that the Disbursing Office was behind in payments from a month to six weeks because of shortage of staff (3 vacancies and staff on leave). Today, he conveyed that the Disbursing Office managed to catch-up to some extent down to 2 ½ weeks. He thanked the group for their patience and asked to continue to refrain from submitting manual "rush" requests for payment at this time.

· Russ introduced Glenn Okimoto, the new UH Budget Director
